In a collaboration with Leon Wankum, in preparation to his book Digital Real Estate coming later in 2025, a portfolio estimator and future projection tool was launched on www.digitalrealestate.org. There, you can estimate how a mixed portfolio of real estate and Bitcoin would perform based on future price projections.
We are a big fan of Leon’s drive to push Bitcoin into real estate development projects, as it is a surefire way to reduce sensitivity to inflation and reduce development timeline risks while improving project returns in fiat terms.
The underlying calculator uses price projections from FITS.money, the same underlying generative price models that will soon be launched on this site for purposes of FITS and portfolio estimates.
